Returns und Refunds
You can return any product after purchase, so long as it is undamaged, you declared a Cancellation in 14 days, the Part is shipped in 14 days after Cancellation received us.
The delivery costs for return are at your cost. In the following cases the return is free of charge:
- You have received a wrong article.
- You have received a damaged article.(further information can be found under Cancellation Right as well as our GTCs).
Please make sure to stamp all parcels sufficiently. In cases (1) and (2) we will refund the delivery costs to you. Please place the items to be returned in their original packaging as well as a sturdy outer packaging. Should your return delivery weigh more than 40 kg or be unsuitable for packaging, please contact our customer service via our telephone and email hotline. We will then arrange for the shipment to be picked up.
- We would like to point out that you may have to provide compensation if the product is not returned in its original packaging. Please keep the original packaging until you have decided not to make use of your cancellation right.
- If you register a complaint with us, please make sure to return the faulty article to us with complete documents. Otherwise, processing your claim will not be possible.
- Manufacturer labels, warranty cards, and stick-on labels must remain on the product if you wish to return it.
- Naturally, automobile replacement parts need to be removed from their packaging in order to determine the fit, as well as other measurements and specifics. Please make sure to examine it the same way as you would in a shop. This means opening the packaging carefully in order to examine the article and compare it to the defective part. If you intend to return the item to us, it must not be installed. Otherwise we will not be able to accept the returned article or you will have to provide compensation.
- Old parts returned to us need to be repairable and there can be no missing parts or parts that are not repairable because of rust, fractures, etc.
- You will be reimbursed the buying price of a returned product once its undamaged condition has been verified and the part has been returned to our warehouse. You will usually be reimbursed within 4 business days via bank transfer.
- Warranty claims can only be reimbursed after examination by the manufacturer. In individual cases this can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. In case of a positive decision, we will immediately issue a credit note via bank transfer. In case of a negative decision, you will receive the manufacturers minutes of examination and we will return the damaged product to you for discharge reasons.
